- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude and offputting . I called with a simple question about a laptop I was trying to get rid of and the man who answered hung right up on me after saying he wasn't interested. If you run a store , whether it be a pawn shop or exspensive boutique, you should learn proper customer service techniques because your rude tone and abrupt ending to my question made me cross your store off my list of future pawn shops to ever use if I have to.By Rick Nossi, August 18, 2017
